★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and easy bike rental with great service. All the bike were well tuned, no issues, glided just fine. They also provided locks so that we could enjoy the many restaurants and shops Vancouver has to offer. Don't worry about the rate, they charge the best deal for you once you return. The ride from there to Stanley Park, around and back at a VERY casual pace was about 4 hours. Around $28 canadian / per bike rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very happy that I decided to buy from JV bikes! The guys at JV are very welcoming, knowledgable and patient. They listened to my needs and answered my questions. They were not pushy at all and gave me lots of time to do test rides and make a decision.
I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful Opus bike. They installed some accessories for me and offered lifetime servicing which is amazing! I will do all future bike business through these guys. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a brand new bike there this week after browsing around and doing extensive internet research. Excellent selection of all kinds of bikes. Josh brought out about 6 bikes for me to ride around before I finally chose "the one". My bike was set up with all the accessories in under 24 hours and I'll get free tune ups for life! I found the service excellent even though the place was incredibly busy.
I was so happy with my last JV bike I bought another one this week. An electric foldable that was cheaper than other shops by $500. It was a big purchase so I was in there several times and called a few other times with questions. The service was fantastic and the owner was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He is a straight forward guy who gave me good information without trying to upsell me on anything. Another really good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was ordering from Toronto since most of the models and makes of the folding bikes I wanted was out of stock here, and was able to find the Dahon SUV D6 in JV Bike on sale. I was extremely pleased with the purchase: the price was great, there was no delivery fee, and I got my package a day ahead of the expected delivery date. An area of opportunity is their turn-around time in responding to email, but other than that I'm really pleased with the product and the pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very informative tune up here done by James. He took the time to show me how to take better care of my bike and was very attentive to what needed to be done. You can tell he has a lot of years of experience and tells it like it is, no pressure. I dropped off 2 bikes and the servicing was done efficiently in a couple of hours.

I had gone over there last week to pickup my order and I was very pleased to have a in-person demo/explanation on the folding of the bike and use of the bike pump despite being close to closing that day. Not to mention the free tune-ups with my purchase, this will definitely be a place I will be returning to regarding my Brompton related needs!

I worked with Damien and he was extremely knowledgable about the various bikes and helped me find the right bike for my needs. I didn't feel pressured and was encouraged to test-ride each style I was looking at. The customer service and bike service has been top notch. I highly recommend this place.
