I busted my brake lever on my rocky mtn instinct and due to pandemic supply issues, it was impossible to find a replacement part. I eventually bought one from a shop online in Alberta, and Simons threw it on for me no problem quick and easy. Much appreciated.

After calling stores who "don't assemble bikes" or "had a 7 day wait time", decided to give Simon's Bike Shop a try. Called the store a day ahead to time and Simon himself answered. Super friendly, told me to come by when I land with my bike and they would sort me out. True to his word I dropped the bike off right from the airport and 2 hours later got a call my bike was ready. You're the man Simon, thank you !

He was always a pleasure to deal with — one of the nicest, in fact. And I can attest to him going to bat for his customers when they needed something. Just the other day my wife's bike was in need of something I couldn't do myself and Simon's was the obvious choice. It had been a number of years since I was last in. But Simon still remembered me, as did Rod, one of the mechanics. The bike was ready to go by noon the next day. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Thanks again Simon and crew!

My bike was fixed and back on road in less than 10 minute. Awesome service and very reasonable price. Will come back for more bike needs
L	Luke Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience at Simon's Bike Shop. I started to bike downtown for work. One day, my rear tires were flat and called around. Rod answered and was very insightful and asked me to come in to get the problem sorted. At the shop, Rod was very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up getting a new tire (as mine were getting quite bald) and tube. I was pretty much in and out within 20-30minutes. Prices seem pretty fair and didn't feel like I was overcharged. This was a great first experience at a bike shop and was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Will be back if there are any other needs in the future.

His pricing is fair-minded and his experienced mechanics usually get the job done within a reasonable period of time, unlike the competition downtown. He takes care of his customers, especially his regulars, with whom he develops a excellent rapport. As a seasoned cyclist, wearing out my components frequently, almost every piece of my bike has been replaced or restored by these guys over the past fifteen years. Look no further than entrusting your bike to their capable care. They won't disappoint.

I am very happy that I was referred to this shop when I was looking for a highly competent Bike mechanic. Yesterday I went there to get a pair of wheels spokes measured by them. The very friendly owner guided me to their very very competent mechanic, an Asian Gentlemen who is highly skilled. A day after, the job was excellently ready, so I went and picked up my order and paid surprisingly low for the most accurate measurement one could do. However I had some issues with measurement that Simon's staff corrected it for me and very very friendly helped me out and laced my rear wheel as example and again charged me a very low labor that I actually payed more, because lacing and building a bike wheel is an art and is priceless, particularly in the fashion the Asian gentleman did. Thank you very much Simon's bike shop and all friendly staff working hard to help people. Businesses like this should be appreciated so they can continue to be there when we need them.
