★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't write many reviews, but my experience here was so bad. I walked in to drop off a package to send off with Purolator. When I entered the store, a man and woman were on a computer, talking across the room to another man. No one greeted me when I walked in or made eye contact with me, so I felt like I was intruding. AND NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK. There were also no plexiglass dividers or any hand sanitizer. I didn't feel safe at all in here.
Thankfully, one worker came out of the back with a mask on (except he wore it under his nose). I didn't know how to fill out the form, so I asked for help and got very little. That worker then made a phone call and walked away mid-helping me. The other three workers just talked across the room to each other and looked on the computer while I was standing there waiting to complete my order.
So, I just stood there forever, waiting to be helped. I felt very unsafe to be in this environment where no one was wearing a mask (where one person was half-wearing a mask) and felt invisible. Zero customer service and very uncomfortable experience. I ended up leaving with my package because I felt so disregarded and unsafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I had a terrible experience here trying to ship a package to South Africa. I’ll never use DHL again and I wouldn’t recommend it for international shipping. This DHL branch assured me, after specifically asking them, that they could ship a laptop battery to South Africa. They happily took $225 payment to do so. After weeks of tracking and seeing that the package was still in Vancouver, I phoned DHL only to be told that a battery could not be shipped. They then told me to give the senders address to return the package. Weeks later I am informed that instead of a full refund of what I paid, I am only getting a $91 credit. In other words, this is a loss of $134 that I’ve incurred because I used DHL as a shipper, and they could not carry out what they promised to at the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d rather lick the pavement at E. Hastings & Main then step foot in Vancouver Business Plus again. On top of the grotesque cleanliness of this establishment, the staff are lethargic, don’t follow COVID safe procedures and will hide behind their never present mangers / undefined policies. Don’t expect quality service or refunds when thing don’t work out. Save yourself the trouble and go with another shipping provider.

I would recommend to go the official shipping service centers else where.
I have issue with DHL shipping and it has been over a month that the issue has not been sorted out. I have never got any response from the business unless I called and the only thing they say is to wait.
One star here for at least pretending like you care
Replying after 3 weeks is already showing your attitude and your reply simply say that you are not accounted for anything.
To be precise, I was not instructed to print out anything because the label was purchased, printed out and attached on the envelop at your office.
So don't bend the story around. It's shameful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from these burn outs, save yourself the hassle! Go to Staples on Seymour St - it’s just up the street. I promise you, don’t make the mistake of going to this place. The business is dirty and unorganized, no one knows anything, no one wants to be helpful - it’s like your a nuisance for even brining your business there. Oh, they also just open and close whenever they want. If it says open at 10am, you could go there at 12-1pm and they’re still closed. I’m baffled how there is anything above 1 star for this dump.
