I was not able to answer the door and the driver waited outside and then called me and handed me the package safely. It was an important work related package and I really appreciate Redhyam (the delivery driver) for handing me the package securely.

As an assistant in a law firm meeting deadlines is key but so is client care. More than a few times Eeko has done logistical backflips to save the day. In addition to that they've also gone out of their way to make valued clients happy upon delivery. Keep up the good work! So glad I can count on you.

The software is super easy to use to get a quote and book a delivery. Lots of options for times and rates.When you do need to talk to someone, they are polite, courteous and helpful. Same with their drivers. Because they are a green company you don't pay a fuel surcharge, so their rates are the best around. Again, I can not recommend this company highly enough. I would give them six stars if I could.

A huge shout out to Ryan who saved my bacon when I made a typo on a delivery address, he went out of his way to personally deliver my package on his way home. Truly 5 star service!

Unlike the previous courier I was using: Phantom who were terrible. Which is why I switched to EEKO Couriers ! And I haven't looked back since.

The previous courier company that we used provided very frustrating service so I suggested to give Eeko a try. Their pricing is slightly more than the previous one we used, but the service is so much better! Our team rarely have issues with Eeko. Yes occasionally the delivery might be a little bit late but we understand that things do come up and traffic does not always cooperate. I am the most impressed when Eeko dispatchers would actually call me and letting me know what's happening. maybe there could be a potential delay, or need more clarification on the delivery instructions. They always check to make sure things are okay. Overall I am very pleased with Eeko's service and would recommend using them! :) FIVE STARS!!!
