β β β β β The employee to whom I talked to was quite rude. However, he was patient and helpful, he answered all my questions and helped me , though he didn't seem quite happy about doing so.
In conclusion, it's an ok place if you already know what you're doing, but do not expect great service, as the people from this location are likely to be rude and/or uninterested in helping people.

β β β β β Awful service. The person who gives you the FedEx packages has a horrible attitude. He has no manners, and he keep insisting in asking whatβs in the package. Is none of his business.
Note: You do not have to tell the attendant whatβs inside your package to be able to retrieve it.

β β β β β Worst service ever. I stopped in to ship 3 small Christmas gifts to California and was told by the woman working there that βit is too difficultβ to ship internationally with FedEx. Umm, isnβt that your job? I also came prepared with receipts for the items knowing that I would have to fill out the appropriate customs paperwork and she still said no.

β β β β β Ignored the Fedex client account number I provided in a very big font and tried to charge me. Then told me that my client's account number didn't exist in the system. I called my client in New Jersey and they confirmed it was right. Finally 10 minutes later these guys retried the same account number I provided and found it with no apology for their mistake and wasting my time.

β β β β β I will never use Fedex for the rest of my life.
They failed to ship the parcel to my place 4+ times (i have never had an issue with shipping in my life and I have lived at my place of 3 years now).
They then shipped the item back to the seller without contacting me.
Such a terrible experience.
