C	Craig Listel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just drop packaged off in the common mail room and not even at your door when you buzz them up. Just had words with a driver and he said Amazon does it so why cannot he? He also said it is a pandemic so he doesn't need to actually deliver it. The mail room is open to all and theft is common with packages as the delivery drivers now are too lazy to actually delivery. Canada post still does and with a smile.

S	Sean Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much like most of the posts here, had a text stating I wasn't home for my delivery which was !00% false, now I have to wait a day and find a way to pick the delivery up from their depot. No way to contact the company directly which is even more frustrating. Absolutely the last delivery company I will ever use in future.
T	Thomas Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An order that was supposed to arrive at my office on Canada Place encountered delays and was postponed by a couple of days, which I can understand. What I cannot understand, however, was how it was ok for the driver to call me on the day of the rescheduled delivery to let me know me he was stopped at Cordova one block away, and tell me that I had a minute to meet him or else he was leaving the Downtown Vancouver area. Despite my protestation and asking him to either leave it with the concierge of my actual building or at least stop in front of it, he maintained that he would not be leaving his vehicle and time was running out for me. And of course, by the time I exited my office and rushed across two crosswalks, he was nowhere to be found while the shipping status falsely shows that an attempted delivery was made. The delivery was postponed until the following week as a result, and another supposed delivery attempt was recorded in the status albeit the office and building security cameras did not show any driver coming up to the either door in the vicinity of the time stated or otherwise. I decided to have the package rerouted to my home, and was given a 2 hour window of when to expect the delivery. And in spite of being at home and watching the front door from my window all day, another delivery attempt was recorded earlier than the window I was given, even though no DHL truck or driver were ever seen.
E	Eric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same as everyone else here. No attempt to delivery after being late (which wasn't even my main concern). Did not buzz for delivery, just drove around the block a few times as I saw on the GPS tracker only to be told "a delivery attempt was made but nobody home". I even paid for the extra service fee for faster/better delivery. Scammed 100%
A	Ashini Dissanayake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an expensive package so I made sure to change my delivery preferences to have it delivered to a DHL service centre instead of to my house since I was worried about package theft. Did not receive any notification of delivery- I had to track the package myself. When it said it had been delivered to the service centre I went to pick it up and was told they don't have it (no apology or explanation). Luckily I found the package sitting outside my door but it could have easily been stolen. The package was also supposed to have a signature to be dropped off but nobody signed for it and it was just left outside anyway. Will not trust them with my deliveries in the future.
A	Art Morrell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL Service is terrible. Package was supposed to be delivered to our apartment. They sent a message saying it would be delivered between 5:00pm and 7:00pm. They then sent a message saying they tried to delivery at 3:00pm and nobody was home (which was a lie) I took the whole day off work to make sure we received the package as it was a passport. I even left a sticker with the buzzer code and my phone number on the entry phone. They never even left a sticker that said they tried to deliver. I then had to phone around to find out where the package was and then take time off work the next day to go and pick it up at their office. This is not the first time DHL has done this. I will never use DHL again as you can not rely on them. ARE THE DRIVERS GETTING TO LAZY TO GET OUT OUT OF THEIR DELIVERY TRUCK'S AND ACTUALLY TRY TO DELIVER A PACKAGE.
