A	Alexander So on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time visiting Commissionaires - Vancouver for fingerprints. Booking online is seamless and instructions such as when to show up is clear. The fee for digital fingerprints here is cheaper than that in Vancouver Police Department (VPD). Everything is black and white. The only thing I wish is slightly better customer service with a genuineness.

So when I applied again Shae Hetman told me that she wont be accepting my application as I haven't informed anyone about the inactivity but I told her that I have told supervisor Jessy Johal about that. She wasn't hearing me out what I have to say and keep saying that she wont process my application. Please take care of these employees which can led to bad reputation of the company and bad customer service. In the end i told her to withdraw my application as she wasn't hearing me out.

I am a brother here to warn you that i was dismiss from my posting with the commissionaires at DFO for not reporting to work after calling in sick for having a PTSD episode. Fired...nice work place! Mental health doesnt exist in a veteran organization. Ludicrous..
J	Jay Omega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just watched "security" at Passport Canada full on harass disabled people, after basically demanding that everyone stands for hours or sits in a way they deemed acceptable. Yes, they were picking on disabled people for not sitting on the concrete floor the "correct" way. Their conduct was completely unacceptable. Addendum: I will not remove this review for the following reasons. 1) It is accurate. 2) Even if it is the "wrong office", there is no public forum to leave feedback for the security division, likely to avoid accountability, and this is still the same organization. This page is quite literally the only place to leave such a review, and it is described as a "security guard service" on Google. There is no other search hit for other offices, so this is it. Feedback on their site will be triaged and accurate negative feedback is not made public, and is therefore useless. If you have a problem with that, I suggest you reach out to Google to make corrections and also the actual security office, which is currently not searchable and does not have public reviews. All web searches lead here. 3) It is strongly in the public interest to know that your organization employs and supports violent and unprofessional staff that are a danger to the general public. This is what people need to see when searching for the company name and this is the best place for that.
H	HARMANDEEP KAUR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I am just concerned about one of your Security guard working in Service Canada in Abbotsford. His name is Tanvir Mirza. He is very rude to the people standing outside in line for several hours and making his own assumptions while guiding people. He seems he work for Service Canada, telling people that “don’t be in line, you are wasting your time”. Making comments on people’s documents. I don’t know if he got hired because he is able to speak Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu but he is talking to them just in English which old people don’t understand. I think he shouldn’t be there the way he is treating people. He should know that he is employee of security company not Service Canada. I hope you will remove him from this site. I am sending email to Service Canada as well about his behaviour. Thanks
