โ โ โ โ โ We were in Yaletown this afternoon, so we decided to try the drinks at Gong Cha. They had an a-board sign on the street. They have a special drink every day. Today we bought and tried their matcha smoothies with free rainbow pearls (or tapioca). We also ordered a cup of iced milk tea with grass jelly. Both drinks were good. The milk tea had a lot of grass jelly. More than I had in any other bubble tea places. The match smoothies tasted about right as we asked for 50% sugar (half sweet).
Their drinks have medium and large sizes. Pricing is average. The store is very modern and contemporary that menus are on TVs. Menus are printed on paper as well.
The customer service was average. We wouldn't mind to come back here to try out other drinks and the snacks (i.e. Egg balls) if we are in the neighbourhood next time.

โ โ โ โ โ Service was quick and seems like right before they close itโs a huge line out the door since this is the only Bubble tea place open at this time around the area. The bubble tea is average and the waffles can get a bit on the doughy side. But the quick service and it been the only place around here gives them another star.

โ โ โ โ โ Fast service and tasty drinks! The milk foam melted and towards the end of the drink it just tastes like milk and tapioca now and any remnants of taro is now gone. Overall: decent.

โ โ โ โ โ A good place for bubble tea. I really like their Royal Milk Tea with Pearls and I always get half sweet, less ice. They have many other interesting flavours and they have bubble waffle too, which is a yummy treat. I often order ahead using the Ritual app which cuts back on my wait time because sometimes, there are long line ups! I recommend you do the same. You can also download their app and order through there.
I think the service can be improved here and it would be great if they are open a bit later. At least 3x my Ritual order has been cancelled because I ordered close to their closing time, which is 8pm. I still continue to go because of its convenient location.

โ โ โ โ โ Was in the area for medical reasons, had stopped in for a couple bubble teas. Was a little thrown off as they had changed names since I was down in December....always go for the coconut slush bubble tea, the flavors both times were really good.
Only disappointment was when I went to go in the night before I had to head home, they were out of coconut powder, and had to go for the taro coconut...Surprisingly we really enjoyed them! Only downside is the pricing was a little higher than other bubble tea places especially since the stupid city of Vancouver put in the plastic cup fees..the service is always very kind as well.
Will return. Rather enjoyable ?

โ โ โ โ โ Stopped by for a bubble tea and wasnโt disappointed! Itโs a little on the pricier side but I really liked their mochi topping. Service was great and there was also ample seating indoors.
