β β β β β This review is for the call Centre, NOT the staff in the store.
I called this store using the number on google maps and it was promptly picked up by an agent. I described how I had just been an another of their locations to scan a document to PDF, but that the machine at that location wasnβt working. I asked if this store had the same service and if their machine was working. Without hesitating he said yes, their machine was working perfectly and so come by.
So I arrive at the store and it clearly had no scanning machines, but a worker behind the counter asked if she could help me so I asked about the scanning to PDF service. The confirmed that they do not have that service and that the person I got is most likely form their Central American call Centre and that there are very frequent and regular complaints about misinformation given to clients.
Clearly the call Centre agent didnβt check any information, was not concerned in the slightest with giving correct information, and this led to me unnecessarily carrying 3 heavy binders that I had wanted to scan which my back didnβt need.
Again, the local staff were wonderful and amazing.
But overall for Kinkoβs?
EPIC FAIL.

β β β β β I was sending a package to this location, because I figured it would be easier to pick up at my own convenience versus risking not being at home when the delivery person would arrive. I was notified that my package was delivered to this location, and just needed to be processed before pick up was allowed. A day goes by, and I receive another notification saying my package had been picked back up and taken out to Richmond..
So, I call FedEx and find out that this location sent my package to a Richmond location because they didn't have enough room for anymore packages (?!). How does that happen, and why would they not have a better solution, like sending it to a nearby centre for example?
Don't think I will trust this process again in the future.
