This review is more about the print center. There’s always something wrong with the print copy machine. Either the network is down or the machine stops working. And even if the machine stops working the staff doesn’t reboot it or put a sign out so you don’t waste time trying to see if the machine is in sleep mode. I only gave it 3 star because the rest of the store is quite well manage.

We went to this place to pick up a wrench and a few other things! Sadly they don't carry any! We got all the other things we went there for! All their items were very well organized and it was easy to find what we were looking for. One of the employees told us where to go to get a wrench and was very helpful! We didn't have to wait long in line and were very satisfied with our experience! If you're in need of stationery items, this is a place you should visit!

Nobody ever picks up the phone here...no matter what extension you dial. Been trying to get in touch with this store with multiple calls over the past 2 days to no avail. If you don't want to pick up the phone, don't bother giving out the store phone number. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

AWFUL. Avoid at all costs, printing department is a complete failure. I put in an order on Tuesday for pick up on Saturday. Received no communication on the order, so I tried calling them... 30+ times, and no one picks up. I had to go all the way back down to the store just to be told they can't do my order in one day's notice. They were given 4 days. Absolutely ridiculous, a waste of time and energy. So frustrated.

Very very poor customer service. Staff are not helpful and respectful even though it is not a busy store. The elderly lady at till obviously has received no training and does not know her job. Will at the chair section was super unhelpful like he doesn't care about anything in the store. Avoid this location.

I went a few weeks ago and I did not have a good experience when I had to use a FedEx (the lady who helped was so impatient, seemed she did not wanna answer any question and she was doing me a favor). I went there today to ship a doc using a FedEx and I had a completely difference experience, Vignesh was so friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions and was so polite. Thank you Vignesh!!!

If you want to print something here, there's 5 different ways to do it, plus making copies. USB: I bought a USB while I was here, but didn't have a way to transfer the file. Fail (on my part) Emailing the file to their PrintMe address: Tried this multiple times, never got any of the emails. Fail. Google Drive: Google's high security wouldn't let me log in. Fail (mostly on Google's part, though. They need to realize some people use more than just their own devices) Dropbox: their printer browsers don't have the necessary updates. I don't understand why as it makes HAVING Dropbox set up on these printers COMPLETELY useless. OneDrive: another fail. Pretty sure it was another case of the browser not having necessary updates. I ended up finding out the library's open for pay printing again and FINALLY got it done there. I don't think I'll be back to Staples for printing for awhile. It's too much hassle.

This location STOLE money from me. I made an online order on Sunday and was about to pick-up. Then I got a message advising my order was picked up. I HAVEN'T EVEN LEFT THE HOUSE! Contacted staples via online help - says I have to call the location. Called the location 12 times today - no answer. Sent an email and was given a partial "courtesy" refund. You take my money AND my order. As a long-time customer, I am very disgusted how a business can operate like is. Staff is not penalized for mistakes they made. But instead, its costing money and time on customers.
