★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner here is such a nice guy! This store is amazing for anything with lights! If you need lights for festivals, clothes or your bike etc... This is the place to get them for super cheap. I got bike wheel lights here for $1 each and they have lasted for ages!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having used this store frequently in the past I was recently disgusted by the actions and behaviour of the owner(s). I was about to make a purchase which was clearly displayed however when I picked the item off the shelf it was priced at $5.00 higher. I asked the owner (male) why that was and I recieved an absolutely pathetic excuses ranging from size difference to customer changed all of the prices. It was clearly the same item as it had the same code etc. The long and the short of it was I just left. The female was so rude she never got off the phone and stuck out her tounge at me as I was leaving. This couple obviously have no manners and are out to gouge customers whenever they can. I walked up the street to Super 99 and not only got a superior product for $6.00 less and a very helpful and polite staff member. I ended up buying other things there as well. Amy's you should take some courses in business 101, customer service 101 and manners (which at your age you should have). Let's just say they won't ever see another dime from me. Way to go :-(

I was in and out within 10 minutes after selecting two large number balloons for a birthday. The lady at the till made sure to acknowledge me even though she was helping other customers. She suggested a small weight for the balloons and let me choose the colour for both the weight and the string. Overall I was very happy with the balloons and the service! I'll be back and will recommend this place for party supplies.
