★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store with very little product selection. Unsure or the helpfulness of the staff as I was never able to get anyone's attention. Few popular products were in stock; the store felt claustrophobic and unsanitary in my opinion.

We felt like we were helped by a dear friend, and you changed my perception about Best Buy Mobile in general.
Will be going back there for my mobile need from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best Buy Mobile is conveniently located right inside the Pacific Centre. Right now only 2 customers allowed inside the store. Limited selection compare to other Best Buy stores. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In between all the option in the mall choose this place because Diego(Diogo?) Took the time to explain to us the things we bought it gave us a honest information about the product. Keep up your beautiful energy/empathy/hard work/ and frindness. You can also have a sit, they have a place to sit at the store! Amazing!
Downside 4 dolars for 1/2 hour carpark

You provided excellent customer service...helping me figure out if I was eligible for an upgrade, and then helping me set up and sync up my new phone!! It took some time...but you were patient and even helped other customers while we were waiting. I will definitely recommend to family and friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very disappointed with my experience at this location. I was keen on upgrading a device through my existing provider (Shaw Mobile) to the Google Pixel 6 Pro. The amortized cost I was quoted worked out to a monthly rate of approximately $200 more than buying the phone outright, including a shady $45 'upgrade fee'. I informed that the device could not be purchased outright due to internal policies. Very suspect.
I informed the sales associate, Alex, that I would like to first call my provider and explore the best course of upgrade since the price quoted worked out to more than the outright purchase. When asked if the phone in stock had multiple units available, I was told 'maybe' and that they would not be willing to let me know if the phone would be available should I return within the hour. This is downright poor customer service and bad business practice. Bid a respectful farewell to the associate and walked immediately out the way I came in. Will not be returning.
I was able to purchase the phone direct from Google a few moments later for $1179 after being told the cost was $1,320 + $45 upgrade fee from Bestbuy Mobile. The same exact phone, brand new, not on sale or discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience there, Salvie helped me and he was very friendly, open and honest. He had a bunch of different options for me upgrading my mobile phone and he clearly wanted me to have the best deal, which was very refreshing and has not been my experience in the past. I normally go to my mobile carrier to get a new phone but stopped in there because my carrier was out of the Pixel 6 and I'm very happy I did.
