★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up this morning with a dead phone. Walked into the klinik and Jason helped me get it back up and running in a short time and gave me a lot of helpful tips all on the house. Now l have a great resource to turn to . Definitely recommend it to others. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my charging port in One plus 6, went first time to Mobi Klink center at Pacific Central - Jason at the center was helping me- he cleaned up the area near charging pin(had a lot of dust) and force restarted the phone - perhaps the phone needed a force restart. Overall it took 15-20 mins and Jason didn't charge me anything - I am sure anyother local shop would have simply charged me telling some reason. Jason also helped me with the information on price in case I plan to change the charging pin next time. Overall it was a satisfying and helpful experience- perhaps it will be now my go to mobile repair shop thanks to Jason And Mobi Klink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful staff willing to solve whatever issue you might have. The staff member who worked with me had no interest in upselling me on anything but he wanted to help me solve my problem which was my phone port wasn't working with my charger. He cleaned it out and tested it with a different charger to troubleshoot. We figured out what the problem was and I bought one of the chargers in store. Thanks for your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who worked at this location was very kind and helpful. My Pixel's charge cable did not fit into the port and my battery was almost out. She cleaned the port and the problem was resolved. She saved me a 150$ repair bill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hooman helped me resolve my issue in 5 minutes. Phone wouldn't charge for water damage, but it was diagnosed, cleaned out a bit near the charging point and recommended to let it settle for a little while longer.
It works perfectly now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Oneplus 5 was having some difficulties charging or even taking in the headphone jack and I cleaned both numerous times and still nothing. I took it in and they cleaned both for free and they're good as new! Super friendly and helpful staff and I'd recommend seeing them to help with your phone issues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service! I took my water logged phone down to the guys at the klinik, they gave it a good drying out and removed the battery for me. Sadly nothing could be done, but they happily recommended a place down the road who might be able to do something more for me. Really appreciate the honesty there boys! Fingers crossed it turns out okay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience with Jason at Pacific Centre Mobile Klinic yesterday. My newly purchased Google Pixel 6, due to malfunction, can no longer be charged with a charger. Jason looked the phone over, explained the problem, and took over the task from me of sending in the details to the phone manufacturer. He kindly used his wireless charger to temporarily give me limited use of my phone until I get a new one. He was very thorough and patient with a person who is technically challenged as am I.
