★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average bubble tea here. I think the guy was tired after the long day and simply didn't care as much near closing. All in all, the tea wasn't bad, but not great either. Would only go again if I'm out of options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gone to this Presotea location 3 times now. The first time I came there was a sign saying “back in 5 minutes” We ended up waiting 13 minutes total. Second time I asked for a large and they gave me a small. Now the third time that I’ve been there I’m first In line and the girl looks directly at me but takes the person behind me order. The staff here is young and seems shy and is shy to the point they ignore and don’t want to help you. Worst place ever you guys are doing a terrible job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very helpful at recommending what to order. The taste is good, especially the passion fruit oolong. However, even though I ordered no sugar, it still tastes very sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got their signature brown sugar pearl tea latte and even with requested “less sweet” it’s still pretty sweet! The pearl size is relatively small compared to other bubble tea locations and I found the size of them quite small!!! Over priced for 6$ not very impressed. It’s nice to have a bubble tea in the mall but wish the pearls were better quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 25 minutes for a drink and it was just a plain non relevant drink. We tried to be supported and waited, but the stuff was not apologetic at all. You guys needs to stream the process up. Sorry I never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just ordered a passion fruit lime tea series as it was a august special. I asked for 25% sweet and ice and she said the min is 30% sweet.
I made the mistake of not trying it there as I had my mask on. But omg….. this drink was terribly sweet! If 30% sweet means drinking sugar water I can’t imagine what normal with topping would taste like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all honesty I used to come her quite often but to pay almost $10 and the smoothie to not even fill the entire cup is incredibly improper bubble tea presentation and customer service in general (I know this because I too work at a bubble tea shop). It doesn’t take anymore than another scoop of ice to get the job done right. I’m very disappointed because this is supposed to be common sense.
