★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moneysworth is not worth your money. I bought replacement laces for my dress shoes here. Two days later they completely ripped apart. In contrast, the laces that came with my shoes survived 2 years of regular use.
Only reason I'm giving them any stars is that the customer service was good. They returned my money with no hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will give Negative star. Damage my rene caovilla shoes which cost $1600. Attitude extremely rude!terrible service! Rude owner! No apology at all when they damage your shoe. After he damages my shoe, i try to find a solution with him, he said: "get out of my shop!its not my fault! (with very rude manner) ".
What a joke! hey,the rude owner, whats the point for you to open the business ?! Damage people's shoes? ?and not taking responsibility for it? I had never seen an owner rude like this. This shop is such a garbage because of this kind of owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have expensive tastes in shoes and want the best job in Vancovuer at taking care of them look no further than this shop. They are excellent and very nice to deal with. If you buy expensive shoes and then complain about the cost of having them properly cared for by a professional you should not buy them. They have even been able to bring back destroyed heels that we never thought could be saved. Love there work the other reviewer that was complaining about the price should really not buy expensive shoes.

I dropped the shoes off, did a little shopping, he worked his magic and the shoes look like new!!! Service was impeccable and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
