★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get temporary insurance on one of my two Motorcycles.
He insured the wrong bike. He insured the bike that had 12 months of auto plan on it already.
So when I hit all the way to where I needed to pick up the bike, it had no insurance on it.
I handed him the registration that says BLACK bike.
He insured the RED bike.
Kind pissed at this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt bad that the 1-star review was the only one considering I had a good experience here, as it did make me hesitate about coming here. However, I also did a vehicle transfer with Stephen, the manager, and he was very professional. The transfer did take 45 minutes, but that included me getting my insurance and a call to ICBC. Stephen explained to the seller how she could keep her plates (the other dealer was going to make her turn them in), and went through everything very thoroughly with me. His shop uses a checklist to make sure they don't forget everything. Sure, it might not be the quickest, but the confidence I felt that everything was done right was worth it.

The service was very quick. They were able to expedite getting a quote from a private insurance provider so I could have the insurance effective same day. This was my first time getting private insurance and they were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.
