Service was quick, staff's English needs a bit of work but the effort was there and they were pleasant. Good Americanos, breakfast was nothing special (fried eggs, bacon, toast). Place has a bit of a cafeteria feel to it. Could use a more thorough cleaning, tables had crumbs and used napkins left from previous customers. Though this was before the pandemic, so hopefully has improved since. Pros: +Cheap +Quick +Nice staff +Good coffee Cons: -Cleaning needs work -Mediocre food -Interior feels dated
R	Roberta Kawasaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 3pm on 24 February we stopped at Caffe Artigiano for coffee and a delicious almond croissant. The fellow behind the counter was very pleasant and efficient. However, the thing I was most impressed with was the way the server treated a street person who came in for a coffee. Even though he was very rough looking and seemingly a bit confused the server helped him find the cream and sugar and cleaned up after he spilled some. He did not rush him out of the cafe when he sat down for a few minutes to drink his coffee. It was heartwarming to see someone treat a less fortunate person with respect and kindness. Kudos to your staff.

Today, even though it was just a phone call for information and not even a sale, I could feel the warmth and hospitality from the person who answered the phone all the way to the manager who took my call. Phone etiquette is a lost art these days and I appreciate how it is living here!

Well the coffee was definitely delicious but it wasnt enough, at least not the amount to wake you up in the morning. However, the almond croissant was yummy. It had a nice filling inside and was really fresh. I will definitely come back for the croissant not sure about the coffee. I ended up getting second cup during lunch from somewhere else.
