★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered bunch of donuts and coffee, sat at the PC lobby area to enjoy, at first touch knew something was wrong, hard like a brick, and a bite into it for sure knew was not fresh.
Went back to exchange, upon asking "are all your donuts old?" didn't get a direct answer, instead am told; "I give you croissant, it's fresh"...so i went with it, but what made me write this review was without asking me put the croissant into the microwave and didn't answer my question about the donuts being old.
Donuts are old, service not very professional and croissants are microwaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I've specifically mentioned that I can't eat pork, I was still served a sandwich with pork. I believe it wasn't a racial attack, but rather a genuine mistake so I didn't file a complaint. I realized the pork in the sandwich before taking a bite and they changed it with a chicken sandwich. However, they never said sorry after doing such a terrible mistake. I thought we're in Canada, where everyone's beliefs are respected. A negative experience for sure. I do not recommend this branch if you can't eat certain things due to your religion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was okay, but lunch time (the busiest time of the day), all staffs gathered and had a chat. Queue was so long, but they did not care. Most of them are not kind and rude sometimes. I love Timhorton's wraps, but this place is not good for people who busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to hangout with freinds, quite busy though. Noise is all around. Nothing is different than any other Tim Horton's. I always prefere the espresso shots with french vanila. Now a days the coffee is much more stronger than before which gives a chill to my stomach.

I give this place a - 5/5 and I'm feeling generous.
I have never in my life experienced such blatant and obviously rude and disrespectful customer service in my life! The cashier that was "serving" us was so rash, rude, classless and disgusting that I almost walked out halfway through my order. At one point my husband asked him a question and he just stood there staring at us with a glare that could've only meant one thing. He just stood there ignoring us...so, I had to tell him.....he just asked you a question and that was when he said, "what do you want!" wow.
Anyway, the food was terrible....the bagels were undercooked and the coffee was served in a single ....no sleeve cup where I almost burnt my hand and had to ask for a sleeve.
Tim Hortons is a Canadian cultural landmark and this place in no way represents Tim Hortons at all. Skip it. There are half a dozen other Tim Hortons within a block vicinity of this tragedy.
