★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not busy, but only one person working in the kitchen so it still took really long to get my burger. Ordered the guacamole thickburger. One of the thinnest burger patties I've ever had. Beef was dry, probably related to why it took so long to make. The guacamole was the best part of the burger, only thing saving this review from being only one star. Had high hopes, bit disappointing... Price is reasonable though, in line with what other places charge, but just so far behind in terms of quality compared to anything else in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in excited to order the chicken burger as I always used to get in a different city, but this location quality was bad. The burger was cold and the grilled pineapple was 2 days old at best. It was a huge disappointment because I love Carl’s Jr and I know how their good quality food really taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from Washington state and had this on vacation. I've had Carl's Jr. in Gig Harbor multiple times and it was really good so I thought this would be good too. I was very wrong. Not only was it critically understaffed for a city joint, it took them forever to make the food. The music was kinda mid. It was just a lot of pop music. The food, however, was the worst part. My chicken was breaded so poorly I began questioning if it was safe to eat, the fries were soggy and tasteless despite being just made, the BBQ sauce tasted like mustard for some reason, and my Coke was warm and watered-down. Just never go to this particular location, like, ever. Carl's Jr. is normally very good but this one is an outlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food as usual was great but they only had two people working there and as a result it took 5 minutes to place the order and another 10 minutes to get the order itself. I could understand this if it was later at night but this was around 4 pm on a Saturday. I guess that branch manager didn't want their two workers to get too overwhelmed. Oh well hopefully as we get closer to summer they can improve on the amount of staff there... we'll see ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We don't have Carl's Jr on the east coast... So I decided to give it a try. It taste just like Burger King!
This store is small with a longitudinal shape with a little bit of seating.
When I went there was a promotion where you get a Jurassic World shirt if you buy a $20 burger (which is humongous - I probably got high blood pressure from that alone). They also had a deal for 2 burgers for $5.
