β β β β β I was there to get my passport photos, Ms. Razieh was helping me. She was sooo patient and nice and helpful βΊοΈ. I really appreciate the great customer service which I received ?. I wish the manager was there so I could tell them how nice she was to me .
For the next time definitely I will choose this location again .

β β β β β I am not surprised why thereβs still a lot of bad reviews about the rudeness of some employees who worked at this location. It was my first time after many many years of not visiting this location and I would say it was the biggest disappointment and I am not pleased with the person at the middle cashier today March 22, 2022 around eight pm . Brentwood location is big difference when it comes to employees attitudes and service delivery. Brentwood location has way better service than this location. If your employee doesnβt fit on the role, then better find something that fits the organization.

β β β β β I did not get my SHINGRIX vaccine administered here as the pharmacist said he would charge me a $20 administration fee on top of the prescription for the vaccine. The vaccine itself is quite expensive: $170 a shot and you need two shots. I went to another pharmacy, the Seymour Pharmacy.

β β β β β London Drugs is my favourite drug store and I frequent this location regularly although it's really small. It gets busy and can be a little difficult to maneuver in the aisles. Despite that it has what I need and friendly cashiers who move the people through effectively.

β β β β β I went in to buy a microphone for my camera, I must of been staring at them for 20 minutes not having a clue what I was looking at. Then Vincent came and help me out and he was just amazing! Didn't make me feel dumb for not having a clue but explained things really well so I would understand. Definitely going back there in the hopes that Vincent will be there to help me out again if I need any camera advice. Excellent service ??

β β β β β The pharmacy department was so kind, they got my prescription late in the day due to my regular location being out of stock. Two lovely ladies got me my prescription within 10 minutes, they were so personable and helpful to many of the other customers who were even buying over the counter medicines. The two best pharmacists in the city! I would recommend making them your regular prescription pick up destination.

β β β β β I was recently downtown and went into this London Drugs to shop for medical supplies. The store was full of people and quite busy. I was very pleased to see all the cashiers were open, and there was actually someone at the customer service counter ! Although obviously busy, a caring employee named Felix willingly and politely helped to find what I was looking for, he went out of his way to ensure I got my item. I must admit,. this was the best shopping experience I've had at any London Drugs. They seem aware that customers are on their break, or have limited parking, or short of time. If I lived closer, I would shop there regularly. Thank you London Drugs on Granville, and thank you employee Felix ! I appreciate the customer service you provided to me !
