K	Kiran Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I’m there, wanted to get some papers print for ICBC, I’m standing there, a gentleman standing behind the counter called another girl to assist me(Marketa), she can see I’m waiting there to get help, she ignored me, one guy walked in she started chatting with him, I’m still standing there, I have customer service experience and we welcome customer with smile, if you can’t smile and not doing something that needs your attention urgently, you assist people, you don’t just stand there and chat with fellow employees, when she was done talking for minutes goes “you need help”? Ofcourse why am I standing here? To see your face? I never ever complaint about something but this is too much, even her co worker(a nice guy in his 40s) came in a middle of chat and asked have you been helped lady? She ignored him as like I don’t exist, Anyway I hope she won’t treat people like this in future

The printing services were great the one time I used them. It feels clean and quiet, especially walking in from Burrard. It's been a good go-to for many things if you're in need in the area.

I notice the staff regularly close up shop/close the store gates ~30 to 45 minutes early, prior to the listed store closing time. On one occasion, I wanted to buy a specific item before they closed, I spoke to a few staff members through the sliding gate entrance door (which was closed & locked, & I'm fairly certain several other customers were still inside browsing), the staff spoke to me through the glass & kept trying to tell me to walk around to another entrance. I walked around to 3 different entrances and not one of them would let me in, to make my purchase. Went in the next morning, the lady at the register was not friendly. Horrible customer service; I'd give 1/8th of a star if I could.

They sell gift cards as well and award AirMiles points. Special promotions for businesses accounts and teachers. Good place to find unique gifts too.
