โ โ โ โ โ I've been frequenting this branch for the past four years, and I've always been pleased with my in-store experiences. I felt particularly compelled to write a review tonight to thank Keith and Rachel (you guys are The BEST!) for helping me sort out issues with online orders I had made. Keith, in particular, went above and beyond what was expected to provide me with the help I needed to get my refunds. He handled everything so diligently with a smile, despite my arriving so close to closing hours. It's always so refreshing to encounter people who go the extra mile to do their job exceptionally. Keith certainly did that for me tonight, and Rachel, who is a sweetheart, made the entire experience that much more delightful. Thank you, Keith, and thank you, Rachel! You are true Gems to the company. ??โค๏ธ Much love!

โ โ โ โ โ As we all know, it's holiday season and this can mean an influx of calls, questions, customers and stress to employees. I've called this London Drugs twice in the past two days scrambling to get my holiday list organized and checked off. The customer service agent, Isaac, whose answered my call 2x in the past 2 days, has been nothing but kind, helpful and directive! I don't often write reviews, but when it comes to getting your questions answered, somebody who is kind and supportive on the other line makes a huge difference, and I can genuinely say interacting with London Drugs general question agent Isaac has made my experience positive. Thank you and happy holidays to the London Drugs staff!

โ โ โ โ โ I went to this place (Photo Lab) to take a photo for cic application. Later on when I told them that the photo is not showing my actual colour and it is digitally altered (as per London drugs idstation), they become super defensive. Instead of listening the problem, they started to say that they have done it as per software and they are doing business for 30/40 year etc etc. Later they said they can give me my money back. But the point is not about money. It is about how to talk with a customer. They should learn how to deal with a customer. Really disappointed by the behaviour of photo lab of London drug of this branch. Do not refer any one to go there for with any complain. Just giving one star as the person who took the photo was nice.

Went for an online order pick up , and the lady manning the pick up desk is rude to the core.
The customer service needs to be respectful , polite and caring. She failed on all three .

โ โ โ โ โ The gentleman with the longer hair who assisted with my passport photo today around 3-4pm was very personable and helpful. I could see that it was a busy day for their team but he was efficient and friendly! He confirmed the type of photo and informed me how to store them- details he could have easily brushed over. Keep up the great work!
