★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never left a positive review on ANYTHING but let me tell you I bought a product here and it made my breakouts worse and when I went back to see what their return policy was, the owner was there to help me with a few options, all accomodating to my needs. She was so helpful in helping me choose another product for exchange but also gave me the option to get a refund. She took her time in answering my questions and she also gave two hefty samples and I've never left a store feeling more satisfied with customer service. She told me to come back and that she just wants to help. The sweetest woman ever and I will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY helpful owner; you can tell she cares about customers and the product. I love getting presents for my girlfriend here as they bring stuff from Japan all the time. Prices are overall reasonable; naturally some items are marked up due to the import process. If you need more information or advice, the staff can definitely help. Manage your coupons here as they do add up nicely if you are a regular.

Everyone who works here is so incredibly helpful you went above and beyond with helping me get exactly what I wanted and explaining to me exactly what I needed for my concerns. I would highly recommend going to the store also they have some of the cutest items besides just skin care I was blown away by the store I'm so upset I've never gone in here sooner ?
edit 8/05/22 going in for an extraction facial. will update with results!!
the facial was amazing, so relaxing and my skin has never looked better. I'll definitely be going back for regular facials
