Katerina the Leasing & Administrative Manager has been so helpful and very quick to respond to emails; not to mention she found me the PERFECT unit! Natasha has also been wonderful and so friendly. Everyone here has been nothing short of amazing and I’m SO happy I chose to live at Pacific Palisades!

Natasha, the leasing agent, was able to work with my busy schedule to provide me with all of the information I needed before signing the contract and moving into this wonderful place. The team was able to assist me with scheduling non-business hour moving, updates on the status of my requests, and I could not be happier to have moved into Pacific Palisades. I was worried that I would not be accepted since I am a student, and this was my first time applying for tenancy. However, the Pacific Palisades management was extremely helpful and understanding. Natasha went over the application process with me and even gave me tips on how to make it stronger. I was glad to see that they cared about who will be living in the building. Overall, the whole process was quick and smooth.

I tried to be upfront about my circumstances as I was moving from US and I planned my trip accordingly, at last moment they decided to increased the rent to milk more money. I would defined say be aware not very trustworthy management and not at all customer centric.

From the initial application Natasha walked me through each step with detail and made the whole process so easy, which was great as I moved from a different country and was new to renting in Canada. Extremely approachable for any questions and always happy to help. Building itself is kept in great condition & would recommend renting here to anyone.

It felt more like a school campus that you continually been watched all the time. They always ask unnecessary questions when my friends or family where around. They were always nosy and it gives an unpleasant feeling when you are living somewhere. Although i have to add that the management did a good job in taking care of the building property and it was always clean and tidy.

We've lived in the Palisades 3 months now and haven't one complaint about it. Katerina helped us secure a gorgeous unit which we love, Natasha made move day, paperwork and everything in between completely seamless and anytime we've had a question we've been helped within a few hours. The building is so well maintained, everything spotless clean and obviously the location is ideal. Palisades and it's management, cannot rate it highly enough!

Its location is accessible to various transport options and is even walking distance to various stores and restaurants within downtown Vancouver. The amenities are a nice touch, with the building well maintained. Most importantly, the management, especially Natasha, are fantastic. They are quick to assist you with any concerns you have, and go above and beyond to accommodate to your needs.
