★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This may be the worst building I have ever lived in. Don't ever think of buying in this building. It was built horribly and Rancho Management runs it even worse.
Constant elevator breakdowns, leaving us with 2 out of 3 elevators, so long waits.
Constant false fire alarms blasting into your apartment.
Scaring your pets and waking up babies that live here.
The Rancho Manager, Joseph Tsang, may be the rudest, most incompetent person I ever met.
Stay away from this awful building.
The only positive is all the concierge staff are really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible building to live in. Be prepared to wait an hour + for the elevators. There is constantly a line to use them. I don't understand how you can have 2 elevators for over 400 units. One time it took me almost 2 hours to get inside my unit. It's absolutely ridiculous. Concierge has told me multiple times they haven't received my package when they have. I've even contacted the seller for one of my packages to explain I never received it and she was kind enough to send me a second package free of charge. A week later I go to concierge and they let me know they "found" my package... This building is also close enough to the fire hall and it's so loud. Sound rarely bothers me but I work from home and the amount of times I had to mute myself during calls is insane. I don't know how any parents with kids can live here because it's so loud.
