Building is nice, But if you want to sleep it is very hard being on the Parq side as people are yelling and screaming all night. I think sound proof glass on this side would be nice or maybe that building controls their customers

- Pool only just open again after months and months. - Rooftop not accessible. - Elevators extremely slow/faulty and often out of use. - No garbage shoots, so the elevators smell at the weekend as they get even more congested as everyone ferries their trash to the basment.

Terribly managed by Rancho Properties - this company may be a affiliate of Concord Pacific. Elevators are too few for the number of residents. The speed of elevators indicates lower end quality. One Pacific is actually composed of two residential towers that share the delightful pool (undersized for the numbers of residents. One sauna, one steam room ( chronically out of order.) Silence is the response of Joseph Tsang our property manager. Even when photos are submitted. Common deficiencies are considerable within suites. Bi-fold doors fall off the hinges with regularity. Concorde Pac has no after purchase staff that responds to these deficiencies. Staff come and go like our sun but information is never updated. This building does not feel like Canada in its construction. Everything is a sparkly chimera. I happen to be an Owner.

Fix the elevator it has been broken for 2 years we don't have to ride it up and down stuck in it with people increasing out chances of getting sick. Fix the water feature its down for 5 months everyone is tired of looking at dirty rocks.

Beautiful building built by Concord. Gorgeous pool deck and rooftop which makes for aesthetic photos. However, strata managers are rude and elevators are out of use at least once every 2 weeks.

lazy river water feature on pool level hasn't been working in 8 months Elevator buttons do not work, taking you up instead of down ect, forcing you to random floors and to take un necessary elevator rides with people and have to push the button a dozen times (terrible for COVID 19) This has been an issue for 2+ years Joseph from Rancho Management is well aware but does not care to address these issues Also, if you inspect the reviews on the google listings you can most of the positive reviews are FAKE reviews they paid for to balance out the rating. Time to sell my unit. ***Fix these issues and I will edit my review***

Nice building and good location but elevators are a huge problem. They are constantly broken. It can take up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. Also the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night once every two weeks or so and we all have to evacuate every time. Extremely frustrating.

Do not live here. This building is a perfect example of everything that is wrong with modern Vancouver rental apartments. This building was made for investment, not for living in. It looks nice, but once you start living in it the problems are endless. There are only 3 elevators for a building of ~700 people, it's common to wait 5 minutes or more just to take one. All services cost money, and the strata will latch on to any complaint and will repeatedly levy fines against you for anything they can. The building management also seems non-existent. This building was not made to be lived in, it was made to be invested in, and the investors really seem to dislike the people living in it.
