Across the street from Starbucks, grocery store, medical clinic, street parking lot, Tim Hortons. 10-20 cafes/shops/restaurants in a 2 minute walk. 100s within a 10 minute walk. Close to Gastown, Crosstown, Robson Street, West End, Seawall (in any direction), Yaletown. Granville Street is 1 block away. Pacific Center & Alberni Street is 10-15 minutes walk away. VAG and Nordstrom are 10 minutes walk away. Live show venues are 1-10 minutes walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are alot of under radar airbnb people that come here. It's loud at night because it's on the granville entertainment street. If you are a light sleeper, do not live here.
This place is great for people who like to be very centrally located. It's a walking distance to alot of places in downtown. There are public transportation close by. Pacific center is 2 blocks away, the venue teatre and Orpheum are 1 block away. The art gallery is also 2 blocks away. The vancouver public library is around 3 to 4 blocks away. Also great for people who like to party and stay up late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartments, lived in a 2 bedroom corner unit. It was pretty awesome the 1 br units are tiny though. Big spacious balcony is the most awesome part of the apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice apartment. My wife loved the fridge, it was a big one. The bedrooms and the restrooms were clean and nicely decorated. There was also an amazing view from my bedroom!
