★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you ever experienced places where you feel welcomed and everything has a positive vibe? This store is absolutely one of them.
As you enter, staff help you very fast and friendly.
And if you need to know anything about a bike, ask Paul. He is a very kind and passionate person and helps you find the bike you look for, just in few minutes.
Prices are so reasonable and believe me, you get a good deal here.
Service is so fast. These days, there might be line up due to heavy loads of costumers. But, it totally worths waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in because my bike tire popped near granville island and I had a flat tire. I was charged $100 to fix it, which I did not question at the time. It felt like a lot so I asked a few people later on what was reasonable. Apparently this is WAY higher than what the charge should be. I'm somewhat insulted that reckless would take advantage of a regular customer. I've been a customer many times at Reckless and never felt like I was ripped off until now. I'll be finding a new bike shop from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had such a rude service in Vancouver. I would never recommend going there. What a contrast from the Reckless Bikes in North Vancouver! In North Van people were super helpful and directed me to this store because it was close to my home. I wanted to buy a basket to carry my pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience from the moment we inquired about rentals to the moment we left. The worker was rude and made us feel like an Inconvenience to him when we were giving them business. He rushed us and was arrogant and rude throughout installing bike trailer to the bike. We made it 10 mins away from the rental place and one of our bikes broke, called back to advise of the situation and they suggested we bring the bike back and he said we would get discounted he only took off $10 and still charged us for a defect bike and a huge inconvenience to us. Will never go back and definitely would not recommend to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total amateur at bikes, and Tristan totally hooked me up! He found me a great bike that was a good fit for what I asked for. Plus helped me choose a good helmet, and lock. What great service! Also, I've rode my bike at least 20 times in the last month and I'm so happy with it. Time to get accessories for this guy :)

They welcomed my flat near closing time with support and understanding for my personal circumstances. I went away feeling like I had just joined a new bike family that I could call on for both my unexpected and planned bike needs.

Not only that, when my bike was stolen, Tristan at Reckless helped contact me when the police recovered my bike after I originally bought it 10yrs ago, had it stolen a few years later. This is some quality customer care from people with a passion for helping folks engage the cycling community as fits them. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul and Bosco took good care of us at Reckless Bikes. We planned a two bridge, self led brewery tour and Reckless provided the bikes. Service was good, and the bikes were in excellent shape. No problem with a 30km ride, we all had 3 power bars (of 5) left. If you are looking for a fun way to get around the city, the Dutch Gazelle bikes are great. No big NShore hucks with these things, but that’s not the point. Sit back, let the bike do the work, and enjoy the beautiful city that we live in.
