★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had just built my bike ready for a tour down to San Diego and stopped in to ask for assistance in threading my pedals & to use their pump. I also asked if they could take a look over for safety.... Don was absolutely outstanding with his patience, advise & knowledge. I was staying right accross the street but now, even if I was staying on the other side of town, I would travel all that way for their customer service & simply support that store again. They are very reasonably priced and know how to look after patrons. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thanks Don!

We did not purchase the e-bike from him, BUT, he has gone out of his way to help us find the part that we needed imported from the USA. Paul connected us with a supplier in the USA who shipped the part to us. Unfortunately, the part did not solve the problem, yet Paul has indicated a willingness to have one of Reckless Bike's employees look at the e-bike to see why the e-bike power is not working. Paul has and does go above and beyond the expectations. We will definitely purchase our next e-bikes from Reckless Bike - outstanding service ***** Sunshine Coast e-biker

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bike shop, albeit specializing in electric bikes, Reckless, Electric is a fair priced, product knowledgeable stop for everything bike related. Their service department headed by bike wrench Paul, is prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient offering repairs upgrades, and information with an old school if your not satisfied, they're not satisfied approach to customer service. Don the overseer is very knowledgeable and very motivated in making everyone's experience one that promotes that you'll definitely return in the future. A shop run in the franchise fashion yet offering and promoting that small town shop feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed some help charging the Bosche batteries for our e-bikes and Paul came to our rescue. He took the time to charge our batteries for us and gave a very reasonable quote to our daughter for a minor "tune-up" for her cruiser style bike.
Paul is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend visiting his store/shop on Hornby Street?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanic knew the exact Bosch lockring I needed before I'd even finished my explanation. He had the part on the wall for a Gen 2 motor. Nice to have expertise, i'd been looking for a spacer, or a different chainring but this lock ring was the exact thing I needed.

Gape the mechanic is such a great and kind person and he was professional. Now I have a place to go to if I ever had a problem in my bikes or escooter and will definitely recommend to my friends.
