My tenant was having trouble with the washer. I was travelling at the time so I contacted these guys to try and help him out. They were quick to respond, booked a time to come check out the washer with my tenant... I didn't even need to be there.
My tenant msged me a few hours later saying that they came, fixed the problem and even showed him how to solve the problem of it comes back . (Clogged sock in one of the tubes)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omi did a fantastic job; made sure to investigate everything wrong with our dishwasher and even solved an issue we had with one of the buttons. Even told us that it was probably more cost effective to replace our wine cooler even though he could repair it. Overall, I’ll use them again and would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omri provided excellent service and explained the issue and solution very carefully. He wasn’t rushed and took the time to assess all potential issues, not just the one I had mentioned. I called in the morning and he showed up by 12noon and saved the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omri was on time, very quick to diagnose the issue, ordered the correct part and returned the next day to fix the problem. He had to take apart the dryer to make the repair so he also cleaned the inside of the unit and checked for other issues. The job was done thoroughly and quickly and he cleaned up before he left. He also fixed the alignment of our dishwasher door at no extra charge. Very courteous and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex came to our home on time, put on booties, wore a mask and was very polite and efficient. He had just the part we needed in his truck and fixed the problem with our old subzero fridge. He even followed up with us a couple of days after. Also there was a helpful technician (Don) who replied promptly to my phone calls and was helpful in scheduling the appointment sooner than I had expected. I highly recommend them.
