★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two blendtec rapid rinser spray heads which is $250-$300 CAD each on the market, called me back with a quote of 600 some thing. I reassured it's two items every time we talked. When I pick up, I was told I only ordered one unit and they've already charge me $780 in total. it's no deal, I wanted to return the item. And they told me I cannot return unless I pay for a 40% restocking fee. I had no choice but to lose $300 dollars. A 4inch plastic box is just not worth $800. They kept repeating it's company policy which no one ever informed me and it's not even on their website. Such an easy way to earn money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the most incompetent and unhelpful sales staff I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely painful experience, slow and Unknowledgeable. It’s as if they are trying to frustrate you. Especially Martin. I think he may not have a brain. ?
I know this will not solve the issue. I’m sure you are aware of his incompetence yet he is still allowed to waste your clients time. I am merely posting this as a warning to other customers so they can avoid him at all cost. Clearly you do not care to strive for excellence in customer service .

When they were taking longer than expected, they called me immediately and offered alternative ways to continue on with our business without our equipment. Price was reasonable and service was fast and efficient.

Migdalia helped me with ordering parts. Now its twice in a month. Her customer service is excellent as well as her professionalism in what she does.
The part that I ordered was almost half the price compared to another store I called.
Glad I tried Russell!
