They had to bring 4 people to help move the heavy unit out of my small space and did it with such enthusiasm and professionalism. Would recommend.

We called ABM and right from the get go they were transparent and communicated very clearly on the different brands they had to offer. We were assigned an account manager Mr. Ali Abbas who was so experienced in sourcing the right equipment for us that we ordered everything from our large equipment to small wares from ABM equipment. I was lucky enough to come across ABM Food Equipment From the moment I stepped in the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help looking for a specific item. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a Restaurant Equipment manufacturer and our experience dealing with Amir and ABM is a terrible! He owes us $32,000 for dishwashers he purchased from us, and has sold, but refuses to pay for from late 2019 and early 2020.(pre-covid) He would dodge all collection calls, respond to the occasional email with lies that he never intended on following through on. We were so willing to help him work through his cash flow problem, offered a payment plan which he agreed to, then defaulted within 2 months. He has been in collections for 8 months. In my opinion he is a poor business man and that is a sinking ship! He has screamed profanities at my collector and is completely unprofessional. Do not trust!!
