★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer services. The lady in front doesn't want to do business at all. Even we told her we would buy the machine today if she could give us the basic information about the machine, but she refused printing out the product brochure nor answering our questions. She said she did not responsible for the product we asked, but when we asked her who could help us, she again refused to give us any information. Just very horrible experience in this store. We recorded the whole thing already. The owner really should fire her!
