Previously, I only purchased high thread count cotton, but was constantly over-heating at night. Flax sleep linen provides even softer comfort than cotton while keeping everyone cool throughout the night, yet warm in the winter. I have purchased multiple sets of sheets, along with a duvet cover and look forward to continuing to build my perfect sleep collection.

Flax Sleep’s linen bedding is super comfortable, wonderfully soft (especially after washing it a few times), and really beautiful. The Flax Sleep customer service is also exceptional. What more could you ask for?

I contacted Flax Sleep asking them about wear and tear, washing detergents, and general care. Basically, just asking about what to do to extend the life of our sheets. They responded by sending a new sheet at no cost to me, and even though our warranty was expired. Outstanding.

I bought my sheets over two years ago and I swear they just get more comfortable with each wash. Quickly after I bought the sheet set, I bought a duvet as well, and now own two robes. I can confidently advise you that the quality is top notch, durable and has actually made it hard for me to sleep away from home! And lastly, you can rest easy knowing that the three women who run this company are wonderful. They are incredibly committed to supporting and giving back to women (which is notable in the charity they've partnered with) and also run a side hustle that supports female entrepreneurs in Vancouver. Great product and great people; I call that a win win!

Our sheets are less than 2 years old (1 year & 7 months), this is certainly not the type of quality and durability you'd expect from a $140 fitted sheet. Unfortunately all we've been offered is free shipping on our order, not even a discount. Disappointing as we were wanting to support a Canadian company.
J	Justine Elves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a big flax fan (own two sheet sets), however after 1.5 years of owning my first sheet set I started to get holes in the middle of my fitted sheet. I emailed flax home and was told they only have a 1 year warranty and offered me free shipping… I appreciate a year warranty but these linens aren’t cheap and if they are only designed to last a year and a half they aren’t worth it. When I emailed flax I had one hole and after each wash more holes keep appearing. I emailed them again to express that the quality is worsening and I never received a reply. I am very sad and disappointed in the quality and customer service.

Can also confirm that the fitted sheet is experiencing some serious durability issues and you’ll need to prepare to buy new sheets every 12-18 months. Very disappointing to hear excuses from customer service and the founders, when none of their linen competitors (appear) to be having these same issues on their reviews. Love supporting local companies wherever we can, and have honestly been having some great sleeps with the sheet sets, but it’s hard to stand behind an expensive product that won’t last.
