★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store ruined my Christmas spirit. Went to there buying a gift for my mom but the cashier was so mean. Returned the product immediately for that nonsense. Maybe not this stores fault just a rude girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful merchandising at the Bed Bath & Beyond location in Langley... staff are always friendly and around when you need them. It’s a busy popular location so if there’s something you’re looking for it doesn’t hurt to check online first and see if your item is available. I’ve had a few times where what I’m looking for is sold out in Langley and readily available in the Surrey location that’s 20 minutes away. Definitely a great place to shop and remember to grab your 20% off coupons online!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame cannot leave less than one star. I went to this branch looking for a bath robe for my wife. After about ten minutes of looking for staff I was amazed that I startled the staff member whom I approached. When told her I want a Teri cloth bath robe she indicated they had none as had ran out since before Christmas!! She then offered to look at their other locations’ stock. Cutting a very long story of finding what appeared at times to be suitable options I was told they’re only available-every one I chose- on line with 10-12 days schedule delivery. I was dumbfounded. Bed bath and beyond? Not one bath robe? I asked why have such a huge store with no pertinent stock? All she could do was apologize and ultimately couldn’t even check the other outlets’ inventory. Forty five minutes of my time that cannot be retrieved. It’s no surprise Amazon is enjoying such success and growth. Very disappointed. Will not revisit and waste my time there again.
