★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is showing poorly its age. With the pandemic restrictions, about 3 of every 10 stores has closed - leaving empty space. Of the remaining, still good variety and Walmart is the anchor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my go-to stops with a variety of places from RBC, save on foods, pizza place, coffee shop, shoppers drug mart, a party store, and walk in clinic to name some I remember and visit regularly. it's a convenient mini mall beside capilano mall that usually has what I need even the drug store has frozen, refrigerated dry staple foods and a post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are plenty of shops in there that you can buy all you groceries and any thing you want in there, there are also two Iranian famous restaurants, one is on the left and the other one across the street that provide the highest quality dinner in North Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad mall with many vacant spots. Lots of parking and a limited food court. I come mainly for Walmart and the Liquorstore. They have Cobbs bread and a Purdys chocolates which I come for only 2x a year.
