Best RBC branch ever! the staff is great, If I need to go to a branch, which I never do because I do everything online and with my debit card, but if need to, I know they are helpful and friendly. Sure there are 2 or 3 tellers, it is a small branch, but I rather wait my turn for great service and advice than to expect no waiting time with bad service and rude employees like the other banks had. That's why I bank at RBC.

The best branch with the best staff. They went extra mile to help me to unlock my account, this is the only branch I go in North Van!

Awful customer experience. Anytime I go in to get usd they mysteriously only will give me $25 in ones. Lie and say that's all they have. Big fight to get anything. Not to mention closing an account with no explanation

This is my bank and I can see why there is alot of turnover. I dread going to the teller. Unless it’s the sweet lady at the far left. She is amazing. Yesterday at 5pm The bank manager won’t fix a simple transaction error by the teller. Instead he told her to turn it around and Blame it on me. I asked for 50 $1usd bills. She said they only have 10 $usd. Not 50 of them. So I said I’ll take 10 $1usd. Instead she enters $50usd rather than $10usd in $1bills. I can see from her panic face she made a mistake rather than double checking with me. Goes talk to the manager. And her mannerism changes and said it’s my fault for saying I wanted $50usd. I didn’t want to argue and said fine just blame it on me. Terrible customer service. I just tooked the $50usd bill I was stuck with and jumped over to the other sweet teller. She got the $1usd bills plus $5 and $10. At least better than nothing. she made my day. Fast efficient and knew what she was doing. 5stars for her. Not for the manager

The teller at the 3rd spot from the left is very rude and has zero customer service. don’t work in the service industry if u hate your job. And She clearly favors specific clients. Spending alot of time talking and helping them. It’s so obvious the favorism in certain types of clients she chooses to be nice too

I am RBC client for 20 years and dealing with many RBC branches because of type of my business, RBC is known for its customer service but this branch is an exception. I had two experiences with this branch which unfortunately both were the worse ones I ever had in Canada. they need a serious customer service training, Gina who is one of the tellers in this branch is very rude and unpleasant, and no way she can be in the standards of RBC customer care, the rudeness she has in her voice makes everyone aggressive. She need a real good training and anger management , I asked to talk with her manager , Kim, she made excuses to not let me to talk to her, at first she said she stepped out and when I insist She said she is with the client and their session will be up to end of the day !!!??? I am so disappointed of RBC to have this kind of people on board.
