I’ve been Dr Keshavarzi’s pt for 6 years and he is really good and knowledgeable, but the receptionists at the clinic are rude and apparently don’t enjoy their job and don’t do it properly. I was trying to get a refill for my medication for a while, and it’s been 2 weeks that I don’t get it, and now my med is over. I so called today to have it solved and she was extremely rude, swearing “oh my God” at me and saying she didn’t have all day to be on the phone with me (I kept her on the phone for 5min cause I wanted to make sure they now would get the fax from the pharmacy, as she was blaming the pharmacy for not sending the fax), and she kept speaking in farsi with her colleague God knows saying what about me, as she was frustrated cause I was questioning why was so hard to get my meds refilled. Kept 3 stars because of Dr Keshavarzi, for the receptionist I’d give half leg of start for her terrible customer service and unwillingness to do her job

I haven't been able to get a hold of my doctor when I needed him. this mismanagement landed me in the hospital ,The clinic is disorganized, Someone needs to provide training to these staff. I changed my family doctor after two years just because the receptionist always kept me behind the line for a long time.
T	Tina Taheri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My self, my husband and my two kids are patients of Dr.Keshavarzi. I don't think a better family doctor than him exists at least here in Vancouver. He's very knowledgeable, professional, caring, patient and the list can go on. He takes his time to explain things to make sure you understand everything. I've had nothing but positive experience with this medical clinic. His staff are also very kind and professional. I can't understand why some people have given bad reviews. I can see that some people may have had a negative experience with the staff team but no medical clinic is perfect. Just be grateful that you have Dr.Keshavarzi as your family doctor. There are people who would love to have him as their family doctor so if you are unhappy please move to a different clinic and make room for others :)

A truly caring, professional, empathetic physician that goes above and beyond for his patients. I've never felt more comfortable with any healthcare provider before. The staff at the clinic are also very nice and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a more positive healthcare experience.

He's helped me get through difficult times, and the amount of care he gives is something that I will truly miss. Unfortunately recently he's changed to family patients only, and I've been told I can no longer can see him, which broke my heart. Overall the doctors at this clinic are awesome. I definitely recommend any of them.

I'm happy to give him up to 5 stars ✳️ But the front desk services They should reflect on the service they provide to patients. It is understood that it is difficult to deal with people because I also worked with customer service and believe me I understand that it is difficult to deal with human beings, but a little better of attitude would make the difference and probably be more convenient and will have a better feedback on your website this is the only thing I can tell you. I appreciate your constant help but it is very difficult when patient called and have to wait for about an hour and have to hang up because you are left on hold waiting. And not one gets back to you.. Nothing personal against anyone just a feedback that you guys reflect on what going on. And made the difference give the best you can do

He saved us so many times in critical situations and he listens very patiently to whatever we would like to share. His office staff are always reasonable and this is for the awesome office manager. I recommend him as one of the best GP family doctors in town. For cosmetic refreshments or changes, I absolutely recommend him as I am a fan!
