β β β β β Happy friendly staffs. The doctor put a significant time on clarifying the whole process which I was about to do. She helped me to get relaxed and comfortable and did a quite good job. Thank you

β β β β β Had a bad experience with the doctor . He was in a rush and did not even sit for a sec to answer our queries after we waited about an hour to see him. I had to keep interrupting him from opening the door and in the end ask him to write down the diagnosis for me so I can do my own research. Pathetic.
Would never visit again and do not recommend. The girl at reception was welcoming though.

β β β β β Had to wait nearly an hour despite making an appointment at a quiet time of day. Numerous people in the waiting room that were not masked properly and the doctor that saw me was also not wearing his mask properly. Entire office smelt of weed. Doctor only saw me for a few seconds before shooing me out the door.

β β β β β I had a large bump removed on my first visit off of my head the doctor he was amazing and it was so fast they got it tested and it was a mole . i totally recommend thank you so much

β β β β β We were not expecting the fast, friendly and efficient service that we received for our kid today. Called in, front desk gentleman could not be more understanding and helpful to book us in so quickly and when we got there everything was organized and just so efficient. I wish other centres could learn from not only the gentle and knowledgeable physician that we saw today but also from the front desk receptionist. He was so nice and understanding to other people specially seniors who were there too. Keep up the good work.

This clinic is the worst.

β β β β β The receptionist was very friendly, but when I got there I was told they werenβt seeing any more walkins for the day. I understand one of the doctors canceled, and that is not under their control, but they were posters up everywhere about how they reduced wait times and theyβre open late. I was mildly disappointed but the receptionist said heβd ask the doctor if he could see me. All good I thought. I heard the receptionist in the hallway ask the doctor if he would see me, and the doctor said βno I donβt want to see anyone else todayβ. The receptionist came out and, to his credit, covered for the doctor and said the doctor βcanβtβ see anyone else today. Itβs a subtle difference, but itβs kind of sad when the receptionist has empathy for the patient, and the doctor would rather do something else. I imagine the doctor it had a long day, but it was only noon at the time, and a 15 minute consult with somebody with severe ankle pain seems easy enough to manage, even if the doctor would rather be doing something else.
