Nice location in North Vancouver!
The quality of the service is not good!
The person that served me was not professional, there was no smile, no greetings, no even asking about what I want to add up to my meal for example (cheese with burger or not) and very un welcoming to the customers.
I understand the bad situation that people might go through but me as a customer always expect to be treated well.
Food quality was not the best!
I asked for to go order and the fries too dry and cold:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in an open mall, place itself is very well maintained, floor is clean and clutter free.
Tables are clean and looked after, when customers leave.
But the sandwiches were very soggy and soft.
The fries and onion rings were good and fresh, and no burnt oil smell.
