Then we get there and they have no appointment for us and say that because their hours have changed you have to reschedule in the message . The booking message does not say that : it gives you a choice to confirm or reschedule -I picked confirm but apparently it did not because allegedly of their changes hours -to be clear I took the appointment they emailed me and offered but I was mad to look like I was wrong -so done -one of the staff is nice -but some are snippy -last examination had felt rushed too so I am moving on

So professional and refreshing to have Dr Akbar Hakimzadeh taking the time to fully explain, via visual photography, the current status of my eyesight. I actually look forward to my next visit a year from now.

I lost my eye glasses recently and had to urgently find a new place to get an exam and order a new pair of glasses. I was familiar with lenscrafter because I had purchased glasses with them before. Took an appointment with Dr. Vikram. Him and his assistant were absolutely great. Really kind and professional, answering my questions with details. I felt in good hands. I recommend 100%!

Over the 20 years that I have visited different optometrists to adjust my prescription, he was the best optometrist and most knowledgeable overall. He asked a lot of elaborate questions about my lifestyle, and provided tailored advice so that I could maintain my eye health for a very long time. The administrative staff and assistants were attentive, welcoming, and professional. I would definitely come back for years to come :)
