★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent visit to IRIS eye clinic was made me very pleasant. Gissou check me in and assisted me all the way to choose my new frame and progressive lenses. She was patient to show me number of different frame styles until we came to agreement on my new pair. She was very helpful also in claiming my purchase to my insurer. Dr. Sharon Lam examined me and did adjustment to my lenses. Dr. Sharon Lam is the most meticulous, kindest doctor I’ve ever seen. She has so much knowledge and patience! You can really see how passionate she is about her job. Such a great experience! They are in a modern and well organized office .

Katie was nothing but charming the whole way through the process despite the difficulties presented by covid-19. Exceptional customer service. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most important thing about them, they are so nice, smiley, helpful, and professional. Maryam and Stephanie tried to help me to choose a frame by trying lots of them. Also, they were patient to help and registered me for their IRIS Advantage to have $150.00 discount. At the end, their optometrist, Dr. Kiran Jhutty, finalized my job by her eye exam so nice. highly recommend.

I have Dr. Kiran Jhutty very professional, knowledgeable and she goes over and beyond for her patients to ensure they experience quality care. Best optometrist you could ask for.
I have Katie who assisted me the whole entire time for my new eyeglasses and some little adjustments. brilliant to deal with...a real professional who knows what she is doing and does it with passion and she is nice and friendly to the customer. Knowledgeable indeed! With few adjustments of my new eyeglasses, I’m thrilled to be fitted perfectly.
Really appreciated the level of cleanliness and additional COVID precautions they had in place.
Overall, all staff are very nice, and friendly professionals... highly recommend to friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to Iris for over 20+ years now. My client number is 9 so that says a lot... I have gone through so many styles of frames over the years and recently progressed to bifocals. It's been a hard transition but the staff are always so helpful and understanding. My ears are crooked too so that never helps! I've gotten all my contacts through them too until sadly I could no longer wear them due to changes in my eyes. My whole family comes here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are a great team and I am grateful for their care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience at Iris North Vancouver. I used to go to Iris in Calgary, so I was glad to recognize a name I trust when I was searching for where to get my eye exam.
From the moment I walked in the door, Katie was so warm and kind welcoming me, she made the initial tests, and looking at frames so fun and enjoyable. She took her time to help me find 2 frames that looked really good on me. She was very patient as I disliked soo manny.
Dr Mann was wonderful as well, She took her time to answer all of my questions, and do a very through eye exam. I was comfortable the entire time, and would highly recommend trusting her and her team with your eyes.
