I've been doing business with this company for the last 4 years and was pleased when they opened their North Vancouver office as it's much closer to me. I've had very friendly service and find their rate of exchange is excellent. I have compared with others in the area and they are the best. Highly recommend.

My wife saw them today and they told her they need both good and bad reviews, so I am leaving my 1 star review again. Don’t go to these people. They don’t value your business.

The staff were friendly considerate and professional. This will be my new home when in need of currency exchange.

It was almost impossible to get a response from them. Poor management, poor customer service. Been trying to get a rate for the past two weeks, NO luck!
Took my business elsewhere where they actually wanted it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was good but has gone so downhill and rude that they have lost a 5 year good customer. Their rates are now lower than others nearby and they tell you that with a draft, you get a better rate than if you bring cash. But then they tell you they don't accept drafts. I have been a good monthly customer with several '000 $. Found another currency exchane one better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update a week later: I asked them about the Happy Birthday e-mail and they said I did business with them in 2014, which I don't recall. I thought the privacy act protected our information. Yet, eight years after supposedly doing business with them they are using my e-mail address, out of the blue, to communicate with me.
Original Post: Got a Happy Birthday wish from these people and I have never done business with them. How the hell did they get my info?
