Yet we are most impressed by his professional communication and customer service. Most recently we had some challenges with a lending institution. Dealing with banks and mortgages is both intimidating and complex but the Verico team takes the time to explain everything and find you the best option. Unlike most of the banks, the Verico team has your best interest in mind and you can rest assured they'll get you the best rate available with the best terms. For my most recent mortgage, Felicity even found a way for me to save over $12K on my pre-payment mortgage penalty and walked me through every step no matter how many times I asked the same questions. I highly recommend adding Felicity and Verico to your team of mortgage experts.

He is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and well connected in the industry. He is always willing to take my calls and answer my emails. I often touch base with him to ask for his advice, and he is always willing to talk. I appreciate that he cares about my financial situation and doesn’t treat me like a transaction. I would suggest calling Ethan if you have any lending or mortgage questions.
