I initially spoke with another mortgage broker and our current financial institution but were faced with hoops to go through that we would not be able to complete in time of subject removal I was very worried we would end up not being able to close on our dream home. After one conversation with Alex, he laid out our options and successfully had a commitment letter ready in time. With our closing date still a month away, he continued working on our file getting us a mortgage even better than the initial commitment that we didn't expect to be able to qualify for st a really great rate. He was always quick to respond and provide us regular updates over the month between our subject removal and closing date. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone who is in the market for a new home.
