getting help organizing family wills/trust fund, as well as for a complicated real estate transaction. Kind person took my name and number and said Cindy would call me same day. Honestly, would have been happy with same week but no call. Gave it another week and called AGAIN. Left my details AGAIN and patiently explained that I'd probably slipped through the cracks. Kind receptionist apologized and said she wasn't sure what happened but would definitely pass my info to Cindy and to expect a call back same day. Again, would have been happy with a day or two. I work in a busy office as well! However, radio silence. Super disappointed as I thought I'd get great care from this girl power firm.
