She was able to help us secure a great interest rate to refinance our mortgage to help us with our financial goals. It was big for us to change from our long term bank but it was a well made change. Initially transactions were done over the phone and I thought I have to know who I'm talking to, so we met one Saturday morning and chatted like old friends. I have found Sabeena to be professional and courteous, always keeping me up to date with current information and safety tips for the home. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is seeking mortgage assistance. She was easily reachable and did an excellent job of explaining things to us day-to-day language to allow us to be fully aware of the things pertaining to our loan.
