I soon realized that they were not judging me but actually trying to help me. Every problem that I couldn't solve before, they had experience and solutions. They had a clear road map and checklists of documents that I needed, the next steps, the costs. Each time we completed a step, there were indicators that show what we achieved and what was left to do. I didn't even know that I needed this hand-holding (other clients might not); it was practical and not patronizing. Their response time is fast.
