★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had them replace my failed air conditioner at a residential location. Communication with their on-site person was excellent. He explained all the steps that would be needed to complete the job. Work happened on the day scheduled. When the job was done the on-site person walked me through all the work that was done and made sure I was set up. I would use VanHeat again for anything HVAC related.

They went at great length to accommodate our time schedule even to the point of working Sunday morning.
They cleaned the immediate duct work and vacuumed the work area upon completion. We are more than pleased with the overall installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vanheat Team were on site within hours of our first call. They were polite and clearly demonstrated why it was time for a new furnace rather than a repair. As promised, our new HE furnace was installed the following day at the price quoted. The service charge was more than reasonable and they didn't upcharge for a Saturday install. We would recommend calling Vanheat first and we will use them again.

Plus he was always onsite when the work was happening to make sure that everything went smoothly, which it certainly did. We’re very happy with our decision to use Vanheat and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly happy I chose Vanheat and took their advice to upgrade my furnace. Upon inspection, they promptly scheduled a next day installation of a new furnace. Both installers were very respectful with Covid 19 safety, and efficiently installed the new system and thermostat in under 3 hours. Following installation, they explained their process and shared tips with me on future maintenance. They came back to make an adjustment post install, driving through a snow storm to help me out! Thank you Vanheat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big THANK YOU to Vanheat Heating Services (North Vanc) for the amazing customer service! My furnace stopped working and I contacted Vanheat late Saturday evening. Shaun answered my call and came to the house within 30 minutes. He was able to quickly investigate and diagnose the root cause of the problem. The heat exchanger had become faulty and I would need to replace the furnace. Shaun explained and showed us how the issue occurred. Shaun and another technician arrived promptly the following morning at 8:00am, and completed installing the new furnace shortly after 3pm.
Shaun was excellent to work with and went above and beyond what I expected. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient answering our questions and explaining the technical stuff. He described the furnace installation process and provided helpful information about the rebate program. It was obvious that Shaun had a lot of experience in the furnace business.
Shaun kept me in the loop during the day, asked for my input during the installation, gave me an overview of the thermostat, he took the time to show me the furnace setup once it was completed, and they left the work area spotless.
The quote was accurate and there were no surprises. The entire experience was smooth and painless. I would highly recommend Vanheat Heating Services to family and friends.
