★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam tackled a difficult plumbing problem with such thought and care. He found an elegant solution and saved me money at the same time. He was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and experienced. As he was solving one problem he found another - a leaking hot water tank! He took care of that problem, too. I have recommended him to all my friends - he is the best!

Sam went way above and beyond to install a fire table for me And convert it to natural gas ensure that all was connected properly and safely . He went to a lot of effort to make sure I was comfortable with how Operate it safely and turn the gas off .
He was very knowledgeable and professional and Did a fantastic job .
This is the kind of customer service that is rare and that we are all looking for .

He was clear about what we needed to do, talked me through it, ordered the parts, and showed up on time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam was extremely responsive to my calls and texts over a day period. By the the next day he was at my apartment with a new Garburator and had it installed extremely quickly. He was professional, good value and very easy to get on with.
Very impressed and would recommend! I will be calling him again if I have a Plumbing issue!

Everything he communicated he followed through on exactly as he said. He showed up early. Found the problem. Gave a good estimate and went above what he needed to because he is such a good guy. Thank you for taking such great care of us Sam. This is my plumber from now on and you should be calling on him for your work as well!

Sam was extremely prompt and efficient. He was very professional and quick when installing the new tank. He is a very amenable and friendly person with a great sense of humour.
Sam also took only an hour and a half to complete the entire job, whilst three other companies quoted times ranging from two to four hours.
We appreciate Sam’s candour and honesty and can recommend Global Plumbing without hesitation.
